Once a valid refund request is submitted, the refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving the request. All refunds will be returned either to the original credit/debit card or bank account. International orders will be refunded back to the original credit/debit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

Cancellation & Refunds

ScholarHat reserves the right to postpone or cancel a live training session or change the time of a training session due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force measure events (such as floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).

Terms and Conditions for Direct Payment

1. Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 5-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on Self-Paced training and Live training, provided that no training content (PDFs, PPTs, Code) has been downloaded.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 5 days of registration or purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions: A self-paced course and Live training purchase is Non-Refundable under any one of the following conditions:
   • Content Download: If you download any of the training content, including but not limited to PDFs, PPTs, and source code.
   • Video Consumption: If you watch more than 20 minutes of videos pertaining to live sessions, video courses, projects, or interview Q&A.
   • Hands-on Labs Practice: If you practice hands-on labs for more than 20 minutes.
   • Quick Notes Consumption: If you consume quick notes for more than 20 minutes.
   • Skill Tests Usage: If you engage in skill tests for more than 20 minutes.
4. Request Deadline: No such request will be entertained after 5 days of registration or purchase.
5. Right to Revise Terms: Company reserves the absolute rights to revise these terms without prior notice to you other than by posting revised terms on the website.

Terms and Conditions for EMI/Installments

1. Applicability: The refund policy terms and conditions mentioned herein do not apply to purchases made through EMI/Installment plans.
2. Non-Cancellation of Approved EMIs: Once approved, EMIs through our payment partners RazorPay or LiquiLoans or Jodo cannot be canceled.
3. Failed Payment Consequences:
   • Additional Charges: In the event of a failed payment for RazorPay EMI or LiquiLoans EMI or Jodo EMI, you may incur additional charges or fees imposed by your financial institution or payment processor. These charges are your sole responsibility.
   • Revocation of Access: Failure to make timely payments for your course fee through EMI/Installments will result in the permanent termination of access to the enrolled course within 10 days of the initial notification, with no refunds.
   • Liability Disclaimer: The Company shall not be held responsible for any delays or loss of progress in the course resulting from the revocation of access due to a failed payment.
